What does my IVF adjunct therapy look like?

Before, during, and after an in vitro fertilization (IVF), I offer a personalized IVF treatment tailored to the patient to increase the chances of pregnancy. Part of my therapy includes individual infusion treatments designed to help regulate the immune system and prepare the body for a potential pregnancy.

Some experts believe that repeated miscarriages can be caused by an overreaction of the immune system, where the body perceives the fertilized egg as a foreign object and rejects it. My additional IVF therapy does not guarantee a successful pregnancy, but it can help women with certain immune issues improve their chances of success.

My accompanying measures

Before egg retrieval, hormonal medications are used to stimulate the ovaries and obtain multiple mature eggs. An individualized dosage adjustment can improve the quality of the eggs.

Measures such as treatment with medications, vitamins, or supplements can improve the uterine lining and promote implantation. Treating infections or hormonal imbalances can also be helpful.

on Intralipid, corticosteroid, or aspirin add-on therapies.

For patients with endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, uterine malformations, cysts, or other issues, personalized advice is essential.

A healthy diet, adequate exercise, stress reduction, and avoiding harmful substances can improve the quality of eggs and sperm, thereby increasing IVF success rates.

If hormonal disorders, infections, or other medical problems are present, they should be treated before or during IVF to enhance the chances of success.

In some cases, immunomodulatory treatments are used to optimize the endometrial lining for implantation.

All measures should always be planned individually in consultation with your IVF provider. A specialist in reproductive medicine can recommend the best strategies to improve your treatment.
